I was under the impression that the Detroit metro area was majority Black. Am I in error on this point? Also, I wonder how the opportunities available in a majority Black metro area will differ from the opportunities available in the NY metro area, that has more Black people than any other metro area in the U.S., even though it is not majority Black.
